September 17, 1968 Anastacia Lyn Newkirk was born on September 17, 1968 in Chicago, from father and singer mother actress on Broadway. Raised in New York, at the age of thirteen Anastacia turns out to suffer from Crohn's disease, disease which affects the digestive system and that forces her to undergo several operations. Shortly after, his parents split up, and she follows her mother to Manhattan with her sister. After collaborating with Skoda to promote Citigo (for the car brand also affects the single "What we can do"), published at the end of 2012 "It's a man's world", album of unreleased and physically beaten only in Switzerland, in Germany, Belgium and Netherlands, in Austria. To promote the album, organized the "It's a man's world Tour", scheduled for spring 2013: the event, though, is canceled after the recurrence of breast cancer that affects the singer in February of that year.
