October 31, 1970 Angelino Alfano was born in Agrigento on October 31, 1970. He graduated in law at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan, PhD in business law, lawyer, began his political experience with the Christian Democrats, for which he was provincial delegate of the youth movement of Agrigento. In 1994 adheres to Italy Force party. Is later elected to the Chamber of deputies in 2001. Since 2005 is regional coordinator of Forza Italy in Sicily. It is re-elected to the Chamber of deputies in 2006 and in 2008. Considered one of the young rising stars of the party, the day May 8, 2008 is the Minister of Justice of the 4th Berlusconi Government. At 37 years of age he is the youngest Minister of Justice in the history of the Italian Republic. Since July 1, 2011 becomes the political Secretary of the PdL (people of freedom), after changing the Statute of the party that did not provide for such a figure.
