Biography of Francesca Balzani

October 31, 1966 Francesca Balzani was born on 31 October 1966 in Genoa. A student of Victor Uckmar, internationally known jurist, works as a lawyer with him dealing with the non profit sector and local authorities; In addition, he is Chairman of the company social works, councilor of Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Genova (since 2005) and University Professor for the master in tax law at Bocconi University in Milan. Works with Uckmar until 2007, when she was invited by the Mayor of Genoa Marta Vincenzi to become Minister of budget for his bargain.

Francesca Balzani: political career
