16 September 1924 13 August 2014 Lauren Bacall's real name is Betty Joan Perske Weinstein, born in New York the day September 16, 1924 from Polish mother and father Russian Jewish immigrants, both in the u.s. (it is also first cousin of statesman Shimon Peres, whose real name is Shimon Perske).
