21 November 1920 7 November 2012 partisan journalist, writer, and politician, Luciano Boat was born in Rome on November 21, 1920. Naval Officer, decorated for actions in 1944 assault transport comes close to the Italian Communist Party and a year later he took part in the resistance, ammutinandosi and attacking a mas German escaped the fire by Fecia di Cossato. Member since 1945 to PCI is elected in 1956 in the Central Committee and join the party in the 1960 National Secretariat. From 1963 to 1987 is a member of Parliament, and from 1987 until 1992 's Senator. He was Vice President of the Budget Committee of the Chamber, President of the bicameral Committee for the South during the difficult years of transition from 1965 to 1970 and from ordinary Case for intervention was Group Vice President of PCI.
