Animation is the technique or concept of movement that is applied to an element or individual. Today, the term animation is closely linked to the graphic production of cartoons, but in general terms there are many situations in which animation occurs outside of that. In this sense, an animal or individual can pass the rest to animation when carrying out any type of activity. 'Be encouraged' is an expression that implies the existence of an active attitude. The animation as artistic technique could be described as the way of generating graphic sequences in different media to represent, through alternation of ones and others in continuous mode, the illusion of movement even though they are in fact all static images. The animation can then be understood as an optical illusion since human eyes it seems to be something when in fact not more than the repeated application of the different images is what gives the condition of dynamism and mobility.
The artists that create an animation or animators, as they are called popularly, are those who carry out the animation and as such process able to give them the feeling of mobility to different images, drawings and even inanimate objects. Worth noting is that optical illusion affects decisive in assessing this phenomenon created by the animators.
There is a huge variety of techniques to generate animations, for example, the different pictures can be created drawing or painting them in every tiny change that stars a real model or a virtual three-dimensional model.
It is worth mentioning is that animation is a complex, intense work and case is that an enormous infrastructure is needed to realize it. Then, most of the available animated production is product of specialized companies. Now, this has in no way made it disappear the work of Animator's author, but it is lower in relation to the production of the previous.
When speaking of animation cannot be referring only to the cartoons since there are thousands of elements that make animation. In this sense, the technique of stop motion is one that allows you to generate animation with real objects rather than drawings. This technique is done through the capture of thousands of tiny changes in an object such as an Apple, a cup or a book. Its name comes from the fact that part of the State of no animation, i.e. of stillness.
