Definition of clarification

We understand for clarification to all that action or act which seeks to make something more clear or understandable. Clarification can be made as advice, suggestion or assistance while it can also be understood as a warning or prevention of certain situations or issues. The clarification can be done so oral or written depending on each specific case. The word clarification comes precisely from the verb clarifying, the idea of doing something more clearly or more understandable for those who receive it as information. The clarification may be a simplification of what is already said in such a way that one who receives that information or data may have easier access to its meaning, such as when the slogan of school activity is clarified, made it simpler so that students could understand it better. In other cases, the clarification may also be a different explanation of the same idea, for example when it says the same thing but otherwise, or with other words in order to give more understanding to the receiver.
The clarification, as stated, you can take different forms or intentions of agreement who says it or where such action is carried out. On the one hand, the clarification can be educational or collaborative purposes (such as when explained something to someone in a more clear way) as you can also be done for the purpose of warning, in which case the language will be another, perhaps more hard and formal. In this second case, the clarification becomes an idea to respect or to take into account in a more accurate way, unlike what happens with the clarification that is understood as re-explaining. Anyway, whatever the case, clarification is provided that something did not understand or did not have in mind is exposed and explained fully.
