What is the Meaning & Definition of Government

The term Government refers to the political leadership of a certain State or exercises to it, which can be a President, a Prime Minister, as it is the case in some monarchies, or be embodied in a variable number of Ministers, who the national Constitution, which is the fundamental norm that the States have conferred the function of exercising the political power of a given society. The Government will be who exercise the various State activities of the State, being the main activity that this policy will deploy.
Although in many circumstances and contexts are often used interchangeably, almost as synonyms, terms State and Government, in no way refer to the same thing. Because the State is what remains, structural, on the other hand, the Government, passes, turns, change of political color, name, among other issues.
The mission statement that should be any Government of the world, regardless of their political intention, which of course has, is important and will determine how, is the create a system which ensures long term to those who live in the State a good quality of life, which ensure them to these access to health to education, to credit, to a property, housing and a pension when already have completed the period of work activity.
To be able to carry out his plan and of course that everyone can count on these conditions, the Government, will raise financial contributions through the payment of taxes on the part of citizens who make up the State and other alternatives, to be used in the construction of infrastructure and public utilities.
Obviously and although of course the reality sometimes denies it, to ensure this state of things and of course, the success of any Government that will also be the success of the citizens living under that government regulatory activity, will be essential to an oiled plan to prevent and eradicate corruption. The best alternative will be the exercise strict and effective control of all financial activities and the fate that will have the funds collected.
There are various forms of Government: monarchy, aristocracy, democracy, totalitarianism and Republic, being understood that the form of government system through which a certain State is governed.
