What is the Meaning & Definition of hate

The action of hate is intimately related to the feeling of hatred, defined by psychology as one of the more negative and destructive feelings that the human being can have. Hate someone, something or any particular situation always has to do with the presence of feelings of contempt, fear, resentment or envy toward the object of our hate. In general, the feelings of hatred and the consequent actions of hate generated highly violent reactions both for the person who feels them to third parties, being these linked or not who he hates.
According to what are mental health professionals, hatred is born basically fear or fear of certain object, individual or situation. This fear generated in the individual who hates feelings of insecurity, instability and feelings of resentment and consequent contempt. Sometimes it may happen that what we hate is something that we would like to own, dominate or know but that for reasons of force majeure (both own and external) can not achieve.
On the other hand, hatred also can relate to the survival of individuals since it can set around that that puts us in danger or you can put in doubt our existence. In this sense, hatred or the action of hate must be always channeled properly so that the individual can transform those negative feelings into positive and constructive projections in every sense.
Normally, hatred is given in various and endless areas of a person's life, some more important or relevant than others. However, the presence of situations of social or community level hatred is undoubtedly something worrisome since it can have results extremely negative for individuals or social groups that become object of hatred. This is so in the case of racism, xenophobia, exploitation or abuse, all results of feelings of hatred, fear and irrationality.
