Flexitarian, term that comes from flexible and vegetarian, refers to those who based their power on vegetables, but consume eggs and milk as usual and, occasionally, meat and fish.
Maybe you're a flexitarian and still don't know it. This term comes from the words 'vegetarian' and 'flexible', and put names to a diet that is based on the consumption of vegetables, fruits and cereals, but that also allows the intake of animal foods, such as chicken, fish, or seafood, casual way (hence of flexibility).
