These codes/symbols are recognizable by sight, hearing and even touch, the image of the system's touch writing known as the Braille. The mechanics of reading involves the marketing of several processes. Physiology, for example, to understand the human capacity to read from the biological point of view (by studying the human eye and the ability to set the view).
Psychology, in relation to him, helps to know the mental process that starts running during playback, as much for the deciphering of characters, symbols and images for the association of visualization to the word.
Reading goes through four stages, namely: viewing / tracking (a batch process, because the eye is unable to read the words of continuously), speech (oral, conscious or unconscious, joint through which information passes the view to the floor), hearing (information through hearing) and the cerebration (the information reaches the brain and culminates the process of understanding).
There are many techniques of reading to adapt the way read the objective aimed at by the reader. In general, the goal is to maximize speed or the understanding of the text. Given that these objectives are contrary and confront each other, the ideal reading involves a balance between the two.
