Definition of training

The training concept comes from the latin formatĭo. It is the action form or form or the result of this action (give shape to something or, in the case of two or more things or persons, compose all of which they are part). In grammar, the training refers to how a Word is formed of another word, or a word passes through its various forms (plural, time, mode, the derivation, composition, etc.).
In geology, a formation is a set of layers or portions of land or mineral substances with geological characters and palaeontological similar which appear to date from the same era.
In the military context, moreover, training is a movement by which a body of warships or a troop takes a certain disposition (ordered), and the State where it is located after this provision.
Nowadays, the concept of training tends to be associated with the idea of vocational training or studies, the knowledge and skills acquired for the purpose of inserting, reintegration and recycling at work. This period of education is very common in the case of the internship, for example.
The purpose of vocational training is to increase and appropriate knowledge and skills of workers throughout their lives. In general, there are three types of vocational training, namely: the specific vocational training or initial (intended for students who decide to enter the world of work), occupational training (teaching to people unemployed and job-seekers, referred to their integration or reintegration into the world of work) and continuing vocational training (it concerns adults who are already working (, but who wish to promote the achievements of their experience and develop their know-how, which contributes to increase employability).
