Definition of wages

The concept of wage refers to the regular compensation awarded for the exercise of a computer or of a professional service. The word derives from the word latin salarĭum, which is linked to the 'salt' (formerly, people were paid as well). The verb 'solder', which derives from the latin term solĭdus ("strong"), which was the name of a divided old Roman, can be used as synonym of pay or pay a debt or even a salary.
There are instead of saying that the worker receives a wage in Exchange for its work force that it puts at the disposal of the employer, in the context of a whole range of obligations shared governing their contractual relationship.
The inertia involved in salary is mainly carried out in cash, while a percentage may be liquidated in all species evaluated in monetary terms.
We will retain that beyond social responsibility, wages are a quite different subject for employers over workers. For the former, wages are part of charges the company (or the company) even if they are also a way to motivate workers and thus improve their productivity. By against, for the employee (or employee), the salary is the only way to meet (comply) with its budgetary requirements and to achieve a certain standard of living.
To resolve conflicts between these different interests concerning salaries, negotiations between the employer (the boss) and the worker are held, although there is also a dialogue based on the principle of tripartism (Government/State-representatives of companies-representatives of workers) to determine the basic level of salaries and fix certain measures must always be observed.
