What is the Meaning & Definition of taste

The taste is next to touch, sight, smell and hearing, one of the five senses with which we have human beings and allow us to recognize some things such as smells, sounds and in this case in question, flavors. Because taste consists in the identification of certain substances soluble in saliva thanks to some of the chemical qualities that holds it. The taste could say that of all is the weaker sense because in reality its function is associated to another: smell, i.e., manages to complete its role in the world thanks to the olfactory papillae. This peculiar situation is easy to check when we are colds, usually when we are going through this state it is common that when we eat we do not feel the taste. This occurs because the smell of the food we eat goes up to the olfactory mucosa by the so-called Aero fork and here raises this strange event that food is first try nose.
