What is the Meaning & Definition of Trivial

The trivial Word functions as a qualifying adjective to indicate that something is unimportant or insignificant. In some cases can also function as noun if arms a sentence of the type "the trivial is what manages the world", by which the Word loses its quality of adjective to become the object on which it is spoken. Either way, this term seeks to establish that what reference is being made is something that has no importance or value depending on the situation, the person, the context, etc. As happens with many other qualifying adjectives, the concept of trivial can be subjective and what is trivial for someone (for example, thinking about the appearance rather than deeper issues) is another very important (if for example speak of a person who works with his appearance).
When the trivial term is used it is used normally with a derogatory sense toward that which is applied the term since not only it is trying to say that something is unimportant, if not that is superficial, some valuable and little committed. The trivial is that which does not matter or about what one should not pay attention in extreme situations. And as this term is subjective, there is no single or exclusionary definition since it may vary with each case or context.
In general terms, however, is usually considered trivial to everything that has to do with superficial matters such as appearance, the look or seem front to others, the possession of material goods, etc. All this is seen typically as something trivial address deeper issues of existence that have to do with more far-reaching problems and which are normally covered or covered with other elements more superficial or trivial due to the complexity that they present and represent. All these elements are trivial or trivia that many lose value or meaning facing real problems or concerns to the human being has surplus the existence and the reality that we live day to day.
