Definition of loyalty

Loyalty is respect for what is required by the laws of loyalty and honor. A good man must be loyal to other people, organizations (as the company for which he works) and his nation. Loyalty is a virtue that develops in the consciousness and involving to comply with a commitment even against changing or adverse circumstances. It's a dedication. It's a duty towards others. For example: "assistant coach has demonstrated his loyalty to the dismissed coach and asked, in turn, resigned.
The opposite of loyalty is betrayal, which corresponds to the breach of an undertaking express or implied. For example: a man should be faithful to his wife. Not to lie is part of loyalty. On the other hand, if it deceives his wife, he is committing treason (adultery).
The workers, for their part, must demonstrate loyalty to their boss. This is particularly important in the case of the executives who have in their power of sensitive (confidential) information about a case any. If an employee is not fair, it can provide confidential data to the competition.
Loyalty to a State or country vows through acts that blend the national flag. Through this type of oaths, the people are committed to defend the honour of their homeland.
Furthermore, we talk about loyalty to designate the gratitude, camaraderie and the love that some animals are capable of experiencing human beings. The dog and the horse are considered animals loyal, capable of putting at risk their own to save their master.
