We understand by aerobic everything what they suppose the action
through which generated some kind of exchange of oxygen in space, i.e.,
transformation of the air. Usually, the aerobic
term is used in a popular way to refer to the physical activities that
involve just a high dynamism and excitement respiratory favouring the
exchange of gases between outer space and the subject who performs
certain activity. Unlike the exercises of
strength in which the muscle works mainly from its strength and
elasticity, aerobic exercises are planned and designed to make a
person's respiratory system between activity, leaving aside the State
of relaxation, to excite an appropriate according to the possibilities
of each individual level. Aerobic exercise is
considered very important and useful, achievable by anyone since it can
be adapted to the capabilities and features of the respiratory system
of each subject.
