28 June 1925 18 December 1992 it is difficult to determine which activity has mainly featured Antonio Amurri, the multifaceted character born on June 28, 1925 in Ancona. Screenwriter, lyricist, journalist, humorist, and perhaps especially writer, Amurri had innate genius of success. Acute observer of events could capture paradoxical aspects, newspapers that his hilarious interludes creativity turned into biting for TV, theatre, radio, newspapers. His family became hugely popular books on costume and corrosive, from "Tiny", "family", "over there than over here", the series of "constructive Discourse about the family," consisting of four titles: "how to kill wife and why", "how to kill your husband without much because", "how to kill mom and Dad" and "how to kill the mother-in-law". But he wrote successful songs for many other national and international celebrity: Bruno Martino, Fred Bongusto, Aurelio Fierro, Renato Carosone, Domenico Modugno, Remo Germani, Rocky Roberts, Chico Buarque de holanda, Shirley Bassey, Sylvie Vartan, Dusty Springfield, to name a few. A useful indication, though, comes from his own statement, issued during the last years of his life: he said that the most beautiful satisfactions of her career came to him from books because only writing truly and deeply felt free to express his creativity. His traveling companion and co-author of radio and television programmes, including the aforementioned "Variety", was often green Dino, with whom coined jokes remained famous.
