Charms, malice and torments
28 November 1941 22 June 2015 Laura Antonaz, then Italianized in Laura Antonelli, was born in Pula, Istria, Croatia, 28 November 1941. Italian actress in all respects, owes its popularity to the films made between the years ' 70 and ' 80, many of them erotic, who entered his name in the history of Italian cinema, as one of the most beautiful actresses of all time. Since 1990, began her artistic and physical decline, related to some drug events and to a cosmetic surgery not been successful, that has forever marked her features. While it is still very small, Laura Antonaz, together with his family, is one of the many refugees from so-called Istrian exodus, with direction towards the beautiful country. In Naples, he studied at the Liceo Scientifico "Vincenzo Cuoco", and later graduated from the I.S.P.E.F. (Institute Pareggiato of physical education). In Rome, still very young, he works as a gymnastics teacher at art school in Via di Ripetta. Meanwhile, however, runs commercials and becomes immortalized in many soap operas, on the strength of its beauty. Compare between 1964 and 1965 in some important films, albeit with very small roles, as in "the magnificent cuckold" by Antonio Pietrangeli and "The sixteen" by Luigi Petrini. Is the 1971 when, after the 1969 censorship for the film "Venus in fur," which will be released only six years later with the well-known title "Venus in furs", Laura Antonelli is known throughout Italy in the film "Il merlo maschio", starring alongside Lando Buzzanca directed by Pasquale Festa Campanile. On that occasion, the great Roman actor says of her: "it's the most beautiful backless ever to appear on the screen after that of Marilyn Monroe". The reference is to his back in the shape of a cello, as will be defined, real wet dream of the Italians. To repeat this success, is the famous "Malice" by Salvatore Samperi, 1973. Here the Antonelli is a sultry waitress next to Turi Ferro and the young Alessandro Momo. Revenues are around 6 billion lire, and the movie becomes a real cult of Italian erotic cinema, elevating the actress of Croatian descent to "sexy icon". With "Malice" Laura Antonelli won the Silver Ribbon for best actress, given by Sindacato Nazionale Giornalisti Cinematografici Italiani. Meanwhile, however, in 1971 the beautiful Laura conquers the heart of Jean-Paul Belmondo, he works in the film "bride and groom of the year" by Jean-Paul Rappeneau. The ascent is quick and acclaimed by the audience, thanks to certain statements of the actress who, among the first to reveal all its jaunty disposition and contribute to male imagination his reputation as a femme fatale. Among many others, we point out the famous: "... we all get naked, once a day." Turns then "Sessomatto", in 1973, directed by the great Dino Risi. Two years later, under the patronage of Giuseppe Patroni Griffi, starred in "divine creature". In 1976, Luchino Visconti has fun with her, in the famous "The innocent", where Laura Antonelli proves to be able to make the most important and challenging film, without renouncing to the weapon of seduction. Is the 1981 when must contend with other equally hot and younger actresses, chosen in its place for leading roles in major motion pictures such as "Passione d'amore" by Ettore Scola. Same thing happens with Monica Guerritore, called to movies with Abdullah but in a greater role for the film "La venexiana", starring Jason Connery (son of Sean Connery) in 1985. Great success came with the film "Rimini Rimini", of 1987, when it becomes the lover of Maurizio Micheli, who is stopped right on nicer by Adriano Pappalardo, who in the film is the jealous husband (and violent) of Antonelli. The crucial moment of her life, and even more painful, in 1991, when the Director Salvatore Samperi and the production of the film convinces her to undergo a cosmetic surgery on the occasion of the remake of the famous Mischief, titled "Malice 2000". Shortly before though, Antonelli falls into an ambush security forces: the night of 27 April 1991 at her villa in Cerveteri, enlivened for some anniversary, finds 36 grams of cocaine. The actress is arrested by the police and translated the prison in Rebibbia, where he remained only a few nights, following the granting of house arrest. Is sentenced at first instance in 3 years and 6 months in prison for selling drugs. Nine years later, thanks to the change in the law, is acquitted by the Court of appeal of Rome, for personal use. However, in this lawsuit that only responsible the Antonelli, adding that related to his surgery, operated during the making of "Malice 2000". The actress does inject collagen, but the operation is not successful and Abdullah finds himself scarred. In 2003, at first instance, is recognized a lump sum of 10,000 euros. The lawyers, however, not at all happy with the symbolic reparation, submit the case to the Supreme Court of human rights in Strasbourg. On 23 May 2006, the Appeals Court in Perugia recognizes a compensation of 108,000 euros, plus interest, for the damage caused to the health and image Antonelli. To legitimize the ruling, the Court of appeal, by order of 5 June-24 October 2007. On 3 June 2010, the actor Lino Banfi appeals from the pages of Corriere della Sera, because her friend Laura Antonelli, by final judgment, he never received the compensation laid down by the Court. On 28 November 2011, on the occasion of his seventy years gives an interview to the Corriere della Sera stating that lives in Ladispoli, followed by a caregiver. On June 22, 2015 the maid finds her lifeless at her home in Ladispoli: it is not clear how long the actress had died.
