What is the Meaning of vegan | Definition and Concepts

In our language of vegan means that person to practice actively the philosophy of life called veganism and consisting of voluntary abstention from consuming any product that has an animal and its derivatives, such is the case of the milk and eggs. So this means that dietary vegan will not consume meat, fish, dairy products, honey and other products derived from animals.
Veganism is conducted mainly in the diet but it also includes not to consume any other commodity or product involving an animal in its manufacture, for example, a capping of animal skin, to mention one of the most common examples.
We say that veganism is a philosophy of life because who assumes this commitment just does it in a comprehensive manner, i.e. does not consume foods that come from animals nor nor endorse any kind of trade affecting animals.
For instance, we must also point to veganism it's considered as a healthier lifestyle in terms of power and also the more harmonious and respectful towards nature, because precisely in a hundred percent respect animals and the natural environment.
As we know, the circumstances in which animals are exploited to get them food and other so many consumer products are, in many cases, cruel and violent, for example, even their rights as living beings or their most basic needs are respected in the least, and it is to this issue that confronts and rejects flat veganism.
Veganism considers that its practice and its dissemination to support and help the planet to overcome many environmental conflicts and imbalances in ecosystems, and on the other hand argues that food proposal which proposes absolutely contributes to improve the quality of life for its followers.
While veganism and vegan keep many similarities with vegetarianism and vegetarians, we must point out that the former have a more radical stance.
