Biography of Antonello Colonna

Antonello Colonna began her career in the culinary world in 1985, when it takes command of the family business, distorting the nature. In addition to the change of name of the restaurant, which becomes simply "Antonello Colonna", to be changed is the gourmet line, which keeps the reference to the Roman tradition and more generally of Lazio, but at the same time offers a revolutionary character. Column's fame spreads fast, and even overseas. For example, in 1986 Antonello realizes "The wind of Rome is a friendly wind", a soirée organized by the National Italian America Foundation that won him a success key personnel.
The following year, opens in New York Column "Golden tree" (currently known as "Okay"), Jewish-Roman restaurant located on Second Avenue. Five years later, in 1992, the Culinary Institute of America assigns the task of keeping Column some lessons concerning Roman cuisine; the same year cook laziale care the gastronomic aspect of events like the New York Marathon, Columbus Day and Time of Italy, but especially the 1994 World Championships. Italy House Manager also confirmed for the Sydney Olympics, becomes Professor of Management of catering for the Luiss, while his popularity has now reached global levels. Since the turn of the Millennium, he devoted himself more and more to marketing activities, participating in prestigious society and cultural events, and helping to spread the pleasure of gastronomy in the world, thanks to the prestige conferred by the restaurant "Open file", opened in October 2007 on the top floor of the Palazzo delle Esposizioni in Rome.
