Biography of Miguel Bosé

Miguel Bosé, whose real name is Luis Miguel González Dominguìn, born 3 April 1956 in Panama, son of Luis Miguel Dominguìn, Spanish bullfighter, and Lucia Bosé, famous Italian actress. Baptized by an exceptional Godfather like Luchino Visconti, is bred by seven women and grew up in a family who goes to celebrities, including the writer Ernest Hemingway and painter Pablo Picasso. He made his debut as a singer in Italy in 1978 with the song "Anna", and the following year he recorded his first album, titled "Chicas!", in which there is "Super Superman", a song that gets a resounding success internationally. Meanwhile prompted also by cinema: after "Heroes" of 1973, and "Vera, un cuento cruel", 1974, in the second half of the seventies she acted in "orca", "John", "red Carnation", "Retrato de familia", "Suspiria", "Oedipus orca", "the cage", "California", "al borde de la Mejor Su manan con los pies colgando" and "La borgata dei sogni". In the late 1970s and early 1980s, therefore, achieves a remarkable reputation in Italy; in 1980 he won the "Festivalbar" thanks to "Olympic Games", written together with Céline Dion and dedicated at the Olympics, while two years later he won again the Festival with "good guys", generational feel-good anthem.

The return to international success by Miguel Bosé

After having starred in "Lo más natural" and in "high heels", in 1993 Miguel Bosé starred in "La nuit sacrée" and "Mazeppa", while on the music front gives birth to disco "Bajo el signo de Cain", the Italian version of which is published in the following year: between the pieces is the single "If you don't come back", which allows him to win back the "Festivalbar" more than a decade away from last time. "Under the sign of Cain" (the title of the disk for the Italian market) represents the great return of Bosé nationally and internationally, having regard version "Under the sign of Cain" destined for the United Kingdom: in Britain, however, sales are less well. Between 1994 and 1995 Miguel Bosé starred in "La Reine Margot", in "Enciende mi Pasión", "Detràs del dinero" and "Peccato che sia femmina", while in 1996 appears in "digital Love", "Libertarias" and "Oui".

The years 2000

In 2002 is chosen by Italy 1 to present the musical talent show "operation triumph", where it is joined by Maddalena Corvaglia and Rossana Casale: the program doesn't get positive plays, but it has the merit of launching Lidia Schillaci and Federico Russo. In 2004 Miguel Bosé recorded "Velvetina", an experimental work that is published only a year later. In 2007, on the occasion of the thirtieth anniversary of his career, a record that includes duets with numerous international music stars: the album, titled "Papito", see inter alia the presence of Ricky Martin, Paulina Rubio, Laura Pausini, Shakira, Julieta Venegas and Mina. There are three versions of the work, two singles and a double, for a total of thirty songs: "Papito" sells, in all, more than a million and a half copies, thanks to the singles "Nena", sung with Paulina Rubio, and especially "tú no vuelves", sung with Shakira, which is the Spanish version of "If you don't come back". Also in 2007, Miguel Bosé back to sing live in our country after thirteen years since last time, and the following year he published "Pahlavanzadeh", a double cd and dvd recorded live. In 2008 new CD "Lo esencial, a collection that includes some of his most famous songs and several pieces recorded in the 1970s and 1980s, only in Spanish.

The years 2010

In 2012 the public "Papitwo", Miguel Bosé disc containing unreleased tracks with several duets, including those with Tiziano Ferro and Jovanotti, while on television is one of the coach of the second edition of the musical talent show "La Voz Mexico". In 2013, instead, is artistic director of the blue team for the twelfth edition of "Friends" by Maria De Filippi, talent broadcast on Channel 5, leading to success Nicolò Known, dancer who is part of his team. Reprises his role even in 2014, always for the blue team, but leaves the task in the following season.
