Bourke’s Tourism In South Africa

Not far away is the main tourist point of view, God’s window. Graskop is the nearest town to the Canyon if you plan to stop and spend some time in this tour and Bourke’s are amazing. A small visitor center located nearby provides information about the origin of the canyon and the flora and fauna found in the area. Then you can take a short walk on foot to see the hole it’s interesting and unusual, cross the bridge and navigate a path has been laid out to facilitate this. After visiting the Bourke’s Luck, many visitors enjoy one of 5 km line which branched from the site into the Canyon. The line became known as the Bushman and Interpretative Nature Trail and both are equally enjoyable. So visit Bourke’s luck. It is interesting to note that the hole is named after a rather unsuccessful Gold Digger once staked claims nearby. Tom Burke is probably one of the first prospectors to certify that the surrounding area will produce gold. Unfortunately, he never felt even though hundreds of others do. His small gold mines proved to be completely hopeless but life legacy in Bourke Luck potholes.
