Humans experience in his life different emotions that are far from being motivated by their free choice; on the other hand, the attitude encompasses psychic phenomena which man has use of freedom and that serve to address the various challenges that are presented in a way or another. Those provisions that help us to cope with the demands of the environment can be included in what is called positive attitude. The positive attitude of a person originates from make use of those resources which it has to solve its problems and difficulties. Indeed, the emphasis of a person with a positive attitude is focused on that which possesses rather than deal with what is. Thus, the positive mental attitude has interference health psychic encouraging sentiments that reflect well-being and serenity.
On the other hand, the negative attitude is inexhaustible source of troubles and defeatist feelings. In general, people when they suffer depression adopt such a stance towards life. Basically, a person with a negative attitude focuses its attention on that which lacks and needs: health, money, love, etc. By legitimate that these aspirations may be, the truth is that focus on the shortcomings we will not eliminate them, but that on the other hand, you can create us others.
Besides this classification according to how we stop our lives and from there what is the attitude that we take, also these types of attitudes (negative or positive) can be used to catalog our behavior to others, all other human beings that surround us. Between positive attitudes, which will surely expand and strengthen our links with others as school, is in the family, friends, work, associations in which we participate, are: solidarity, friendship, understanding, being proactive, creativity, good humor, among others. On the other hand, those which relate to the negative attitude and tend to create conflicts and tensions with others, are: selfishness, envy, jealousy, grudge, lying, greed, arrogance, indifference, among others, that can be identified.
Many times, both the positive attitudes as negatives can be innate to human beings, in other words, a person may be essentially solidarity, or conversely, jealous. These attitudes, which make up our "way of being" are those that can cause problems with others in our social interactions (mostly negative). It is very common for couples to separate because one of the two wants the other to change attitudes, for example, jealousy. However, it is very difficult to have a full control of these attitudes that are part of other human beings.
Another very different situation is when someone takes a certain attitude to achieve or to achieve a specific goal, and in this sense, the attitude will be part of it on a temporary basis. For example, the famous "white lies" that often say is, and beyond that it is a lie in any way, do not appear to be as serious.

Psychology for example, with its multiple lines of therapeutic approach has undoubtedly contributed greatly to the identification of attitudes (negative, in general are the general conflicts and are then consulted with professionals) and its possible control. As stated, recognize our attitudes daily, put focus on them and try to eliminate the negatives in our lives, it will be an elimination of many conflicts and tensions that may arise with other people.
