Definition of food

It refers to food to all that element that has as its main objective provide the nutrients needed to consume it. The food is perhaps one of the primary needs of all living being since it is only from it that can perform the entire nutritional and growth. Food can occur either solid or liquid and always to provide nutrients, vitamins and essential minerals shall be considered such. Feeding is the activity through which human beings provide themselves with food in order to receive the energy and nutrients that allow them to develop their regular activities. Nutrition is the area of medicine that is dedicated to establish the parameters of good nutrition, although it may vary depending on the needs of each individual.
