Definition of Fauna
The fauna is the term used to designate the whole of animal species that inhabit a given geographical region and who arrived there as a result of one of the various geological periods that occurred throughout history of planet Earth. Although in reality and as a result that the animals tend to be highly sensitive to variations or disturbances that may occur to their habitat, their spatial distribution will depend greatly on factors such as temperature, the presence or not of water, and the possibility of the existence of a relationship of competition with other species or the presence of predators. The zoogeography is the discipline that is in charge of studying and analyzing these issues that plotted above and which tells us that if there is an important alteration in the fauna of a particular ecosystem will be because some of the factors mentioned above clearly had to do with this outcome. There are different types of wildlife depending on the geographical origin which come from different species. Native or native wildlife consists of all those animals that naturally belong to the world, inhabiting and exotic wildlife is composed of all the wild animals that do not belong to this habitat, however, voluntary and involuntary action of man has caused to have it. Also, every corner of the planet holds their respective domestic fauna that is obviously built for those animals that have been domesticated by man to join him in his life, as it may be the case with typical pets, cats, dogs, Canaries, rabbits and many others a little less conventional taste of the owners or failing those who possess a utility in order to produce work goods or services. In the latter case can include the horse, ox, pig, goat, cow, among others. And finally, in a country or region we can find the Group of animals whose domestication remains in process. Most characteristic of this group is that of the animals that have been raised under the regime follows in zoos and that as many will have seen some of their visits to these places, their condition is semi captivity, i.e. on the one hand recreates them as best as possible their habitat to make it own and kept isolated through cages and the other people specialized personnel is occupied to train them to reduce its wild characteristics.
