Definition of growth

Growth is the term used to describe the increase in size, quantity or importance it has acquired, assumed, something, someone or some issue, i.e. the Word can apply to people, things or situations.
In the case of the growth of people, these, with the advance of the growth will increase their body size gradually until reaching an adult individual's own physiology.
Meanwhile and out of the physical and organic context of living beings, it is frequent that we use the word growth to speak of favourable changes that hold things, for example, a country that stands out for the advancement of its economy it will say that it is experiencing economic growth. Also the same can be expressed in relation to a business or a company.
On the other hand the growth can refer to the evolution experienced by some body or by any of their parties and which of course gives an account of the traditional and unstoppable progress experienced by living organisms because of cell division that is responsible for that specialized structures to achieve the planned development.
To make possible cell growth it is very important for cells to assimilate the nutrients entering the organism in question, because the energy that they provide will be in final accounts that allow the construction of structures. Otherwise, i.e. without the proper synthesis of nutrients growth will be affected and will not develop properly.
Noteworthy development progresses in stages, starting with cells, continuing with tissues, following by the organs and to the systems, which are mentioned expert structures that deal with the most outstanding biological work within an organism.
Meanwhile, hormones, such as: corticosterone, somatotropin, testosterone and estrogen, deployed a special role in the growth of humans given that they can accelerate or failing that inhibit the development of cells, i.e., they also depend on an evplucion or involution in this sense.
