Definition of unforgivable

In essence, there is nothing that is unforgivable in itself since the pardon is an act that comes from the heart, therefore each person decides if he wants to apologize or not one offence given.
Forgiveness is a free gesture that comes from love for one's self. Forgive means not wanting to continue carrying the weight of the rancor over the emotional backpack and turn the page without being anchored in a chapter of the past. I.e. the pardon power also people's emotional health.
However, from the point of view of the person who is who has to take the decision to forgive or not a given fact, yes there are acts that may be unforgivable. A person can be considered that it has suffered an undeserved offense and is not willing to excuse it on the grounds that it does not deserve your understanding.

A wrongful act

In such cases, the person feels so wound inside which does not feel with the strength to offer his forgiveness. A person can be seen as unforgivable a fact of utmost gravity which goes against their most important ethical values.
Ethical values are those proper guidelines that set the standard that helps to differentiate between right and wrong. For this reason, when a person considers that another has acted in a dishonest way, you can consider that its attitude is unforgivable and unfair.
Sometimes, forgiveness is not an immediate Act. I.e., it may happen that a person needs to take time to assimilate what has happened and to accept the facts.

The freedom not to forgive an offense

Unforgiveness can mark a turning point in personal relations of friendship, produce a rift in family relations and damage a relationship.

An act not forgiven not forgotten

It is still alive in the mind and in the heart of who observes this personal offense such as mind damage (even if a time has elapsed). Not forgiving a particular fact is a free decision, i.e., one who makes this decision must assess the consequences of the same and take stock to be consistent.
