What is the Meaning & Definition of permanent

The notion of permanent is that which is used to refer to different types of situations, events, circumstances, or objects that have the quality to last in time, not disappear, remain in the same conditions. Obviously, this is understood as well according to the parameters of each thing or specific circumstances. For example, while we can speak of ice remaining thousands of year under the same conditions, can also talk of a permanent marker that can last minutes on the surface in which it was applied, but, ultimately, makes it more than other markers that are not. In this sense, we can say that the idea of permanent is subjective and variable in each case.
The idea that someone or something can be permanent comes from the notion of permanence, what makes something stays in the time such as it is and do not vary, do not alter too much. We can establish that the permanent term is a qualifying adjective that applies, therefore, to all the things that last and are held at the time.
As you might assume, there are many things or circumstances that can receive the quality of permanent according to the parameters normally accepted for each of them. In this sense, a permanent relationship for example is holding the parents with their children: as it is a relationship based on blood ties, quarrels or conflicts can be made to disappear the link.
A certain type of phenomenon, can also be permanent like for example the complaints of a person toward some aspect of your life. They are permanent because they always appear, and in the same quality.
Finally, can also be permanent some object as a marker, lip pencil, or a tincture. Although they are not eternal, they are designed to last longer than regular products.
