What is the Meaning & Definition of prison

The prison is a dependency which usually depends on Governments whose mission is the lock up those individuals who have been sentenced by the Commission of a crime, although there are prisons in which are enclosed to the prisoners of war. A prison is one of the many components of a nation's judicial system. All prisons he calls it as prison system and will be the organization which will be responsible for its administration and management. Among the major issues that a prison intends to get are the following: protect (isolating society to those dangerous elements that break the stability and harmony), reeducate (prisoners so that after serving the sentence can reintegrate into society with other values), deter (to those who intend to commit actions that oppose the law), silence (in contexts of dictatorships prison proves to be a very useful tool to zoom out to the contrary positions that threaten the validity of the power). While the world is the Justice who decides if an individual must comply with the prison sentence also deprivation of the liberty of someone can be set by the army, customs personnel, the police, among others. One of the main questions that are prisons is its rehabilitative function, since in many parts of the world, prisons, rather than help the prisoner and prepare it so that when the time of return to life in society they renewed and different way, knowing and recognizing mistakes to not fall back into them in practice, they do more than continue contributing to the criminal mentality of prisoners as a result of the violence and crime that is fostered in them. And this situation in the majority of cases is the result of corruption which is Cystic in the prison system, that instead of suppressing crime in prisons facilitates it and fosters; and on the other hand extremely precarious conditions suffering from prisons generates the prisoners to gather more hatred and when they come out in reality what they most want is revenge. And the word prison in a figurative sense is also used to refer to something that binds, fastens or curtails the freedom of someone. My son is my prison.
