What is the Meaning & Definition of recursion

The concept of recursion is a very abstract and complex concept that has to do with both logic and also mathematics and other sciences. We can define the recursion as a method of defining a process through the use of premises which do not give more information than the method itself or using the same terms that already appear in their name, for example when it is said to be the definition of something that same something.
The recursion has as main feature the feeling of infinity, something that is continuous, and that therefore no can be delimited in space or time because it is still replicating and multiplying mathematical and logical way. Thus, it is common to find cases of recursion, for example images of mirrors that make the image is replicated to infinity, one inside another until it stops see but no deja de exisitr. Another typical case of recursion in the images is when we found an advertisement in which the object has propaganda itself in its label and thus to infinity, or when a person is holding a box of a product whose label is the same person holding the same product and thus to infinity. In these cases, the recursion goes through the fact that it seeks to define something with the same information that is already.
The important thing to remember is that recursion is present not only the image but also the words in the language. Thus, recursion is when phrases or equal expressions with different hierarchical structures are used when in fact the final meaning of the expression does not end coming out of those expressions or words mentioned. An example very clear this is when we talk about recursion and we say "to understand recursion, first you must understand what is recursion". Itself, the phrase does not give us more information because it has resorted time and again to the same data, generating a feeling of infinity as mentioned with the images.
