What is the Meaning & Definition of Sandwich

Referred to as sandwich one of the meals more typical, affordable and varied of our time. When we speak of sandwich we refer to a dish that is made by sandwiching two slices of bread with lots of ingredients and products that, when choosing, can become really infinite. Sandwich, unlike other dishes characteristic of our time, can be eaten with your hands or without cutlery for your convenience.
It is almost impossible to establish the birth of the sandwich because since man cooked bread for the first time he did it to accompany it with some other kind of product (meat, vegetables, legumes, etc.). However, it is in the 20th century the moment in which the sandwich would have become a meal more desired and requested by people around the world, regardless of geographical boundaries, cultures, or ingredients.
