The opinion is the subjective evaluation on a particular subject. And personal opinion is, logically, the assessment of an individual.
The reader may think that all opinions are personal. Not exactly, since we have opinions that are not ours (do not belong to our person) but I have copied them from others. It is not easy to have an own personal opinion, i.e., that we ourselves appreciate something without imitate or reproduce the ideas of others.
Opinion differs from knowledge. It was the ancient Greeks who differed doxa (opinion) of the episteme (knowledge).
